By using www.bricsmagic.com (the “Portal”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

1. What the Portal is

The Portal is a platform where property owners, dealers and builders list properties and users search for them. Brics Magic Properties is an intermediary for listings posted by users: we are not a party to any deal between users and we do not own, verify title to, or guarantee any listed property.

2. Accounts

  • You log in with your own Google account and must give your own correct mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Choose the correct account type. Dealers and agents must not post as owners. Real estate agents should be registered with the applicable RERA authority where required, and must show RERA numbers where the law requires.

3. Posting listings

  • Listing is free. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, and we may reject, edit for formatting, or remove listings at our discretion.
  • You must have the right to sell or rent the property, and all details, prices and photos must be true and current.
  • Do not post: fake or duplicate listings, someone else's photos, phone numbers or logos on images, misleading prices, or anything illegal, offensive or infringing.
  • Mark the property as sold / rented or delete it when it is no longer available.
  • By posting, you allow us to display your listing and photos on the Portal and in our marketing of the listing.

4. For buyers and tenants

Always visit the property, verify ownership documents, approvals and RERA registration, and never pay any token or advance before doing so. We are not responsible for losses from dealings between users.

5. Contact information

When you view a poster's contact, your name and number are shared with that poster as a lead. Do not use contact details for spam or unsolicited marketing.

6. Our rights

We may suspend or block accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, and remove their listings.

7. Liability

The Portal is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the accuracy of user-posted content.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

9. Complaints & Grievance Officer

To report a listing, use “Report this listing” on its page. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
