Our story
Local people, local knowledge
Brics Magic Properties was started by Veerendra Pratap Singh more than 10 years ago with a simple idea: buying a home should not feel confusing or risky. Too many buyers were being shown unverified flats, pushed into projects that weren't right for them, or surprised by hidden charges at the last moment.
We work differently. We live and work in Greater Noida, so we know which societies are well maintained, which projects are delayed, where the metro is coming and what a fair price really is in each sector. We share that knowledge openly, even when it means advising you not to buy.
Today we help home buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords and NRI investors across Greater Noida West (Noida Extension), Gaur City, Techzone 4, Pari Chowk, Knowledge Park, the Alpha–Omega sectors and the Yamuna Expressway.
